Mister Alphabet is a figurine designed to bend into every letter of the alphabet. Based in Los Angeles, we aspire to bring the alphabet to life through innovative interplay of figuration and letter formation. Our first available figurine features hand-painted porcelain slip-cast components.

Mister Alphabet | Porcelain is a bendable figurine featuring hand-painted components. We individually paint each head, which are slip-cast near Mexico City by a ceramics company founded 98 years ago. Our slip-cast porcelain hands and feet are poured and fired near Lake Elsinore, California in artisan small batches before we paint each set in house with a matte red finish. The clothing is woven, cut, and sewn in downtown Los Angeles. The bendable body is comprised of platinum-cure silicone and a stainless steel wire body. Lastly, we’ve included small rare-earth magnets inside each hand and foot.
Mister Alphabet is presented in a keepsake box with a single printed index card showing all 26 poses from A to Z.
